Aston Villa and West Ham United are both among the clubs interested in a potential transfer deal for Atalanta right-back Raoul Bellanova.
The 25-year-old Italy international, who can play right-back or right wing-back, is understood to be valued by Atalanta at around €40m, sources with close links to the agents industry have informed CaughtOffside.
Bellanova has not yet held any concrete talks over a summer transfer, but one source confirmed that he has “started to attract the attention of Premier League clubs”.
Aston Villa and West Ham are joined by Fulham in keeping an eye on Bellanova, while Napoli also have some interest in the former Inter Milan and Cagliari player.

What next for Raoul Bellanova amid Premier League transfer interest?
Bellanova has a fine record from right-back or wing-back, with the Italian ace contributing nine assists in all competitions in the season just gone.
It’s easy to imagine the player could now be ready to make the step up in his career and represent either the champions of Serie A or a big club in the Premier League.

Bellanova could offer Villa something different from Matty Cash in that position, while West Ham might also benefit from bringing him in as an upgrade on Aaron Wan-Bissaka, while Vladimir Coufal has left the club on a free transfer.
Unai Emery has done a fine job at Villa Park so might be seen as the more tempting option right now, after West Ham struggled for much of last season under both Graham Potter and his predecessor Julen Lopetegui.
