Aston Villa centre-back Pau Torres is reportedly a transfer target for Saudi Pro League club Al Nassr this summer.
The Spanish defender has been a key player for Unai Emery’s side in recent times, but it seems they might get an opportunity to cash in on his sale.
Villa have had to make some player sales in recent times, and they notably let Jhon Duran move to Al Nassr back in the January transfer window.
According to reports, Torres is now another target for Al Nassr as they look to sign some big names in defence.
Foot Mercato claim that another high-profile player they have their eye on in that position is Bayern Munich’s Kim Min-jae.

Should Aston Villa sell Pau Torres to Al Nassr?
Villa fans probably won’t be too keen to see more of their key players leaving after the departures of Duran and Douglas Luiz in the last year.
There’s also been speculation about Ollie Watkins, Morgan Rogers and Emiliano Martinez this summer, so it probably wouldn’t be ideal to let Torres go as well.

The 28-year-old has been an important part of this AVFC outfit since he joined, and it might be tricky to find a replacement for him.
Still, Villa’s finances clearly aren’t the strongest, and it might be necessary for another sale to go through to enable them to spend on new signings.
