Wolves striker Sasa Kalajdzic could reportedly be set for a move back to his native Austria in an imminent deal.
LASK are said to be making a late move to sign Kalajdzic on loan from Wolves, with the Austrian transfer window set to close later today.
It could be that there’s still some time left for LASK to sign Kalajdzic, who currently looks unlikely to get much first-team football at Wolves.
The 28-year-old has had fitness problems during his time at Molineux, and hasn’t done a great deal to impress when he has been on the pitch.
In total, Kalajdzic has three goals in 14 games for Wolves, while he also only managed one goal in six appearances during a loan spell at Eintracht Frankfurt in 2023/24.

Sasa Kalajdzic set to leave Wolves
It makes sense that Wolves look prepared to let Kalajdzic go, but one imagines they’d prefer a permanent sale over a loan if possible.

At the same time, however, there probably won’t be that many clubs who’d be ready to sign the Austria international permanently at this moment in time.
Kalajdzic was also linked recently with newly-promoted Serie A side Cremonese, but that didn’t materialise in time, with former Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy joining them instead.
