Chelsea are set to announce the signing of Joao Pedro after the Brighton forward successfully completed his medical in the United States, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Brazilian is poised to become the latest addition to the Blues’ exciting project under Enzo Maresca, with the final documents ready to be signed.
The deal, worth £55 million plus £5 million in add-ons, will see Pedro commit to Chelsea on a long-term contract valid until June 2032.
Pedro has emerged as one of the Premier League’s most promising attacking talents, impressing at Brighton last season.
